That's not a vacum leak that's the wastegate and the whistle is not power steering he's not using the steering it's the massive twin turbos.

No hate for the SBC swap. 3.8/4.1 can only take you so far. My GN has a 4.1. When I get rich I will turbo a V8 G-body. I will leave the GN V6, but like I said, no hate for the V8! Great job. Keep it up.
