Essentially, you have to disassemble the tail light, cut off the plastic cover (dremel), snip off original light assembly, attach new LED, glue back the cover, and reinstall.
Level of difficulty: 1-5 (1= easy, 5=very difficult)
Here is the AFTER installation video... as you see the LED's are really bright, they bleed out on video. I decided to keep the stock turn signals as well for additional visibility.
I purchased this from CUSTOM LED (do a search) for $99 plus shipping.
It was fairly easy to install, but it took a bit of hacking and rebuilding on the original tail piece. The end result made it worth-the-while!
