There's nothing that you can do, but know that you are not alone. I have been exposed to this. We all have. They put this in car brakes? We're all doomed, but still statistically getting sick from asbestos is extremely rare. As with anything, the more you work with it the more damaging it can become.
I was jus in an abandoned apartment complexs... that has abestos... uh... i was paintballing so like,,, i was breathing heavily... uhm... any advice/help? =[
