i am seeing them in london and a cant wait its going to be amazing. Sound is never as good as on recordings and i dont care its the atmosphere and energy that is more important

c'mon, people! Do you really expect any live performance to sound exactly the same as a recording from 13 years ago? Not to mention the fact that they played this song towards the end of the show..."easy listening version"??? Seriously.

Totally agree on the sound of this - it lacks the anger and Thom seems to be slurring the words. I was so excited to see this on the set list cause I'm seeing them in Philly (Camden). But I'd give it up if it sounds like this and I'll take Army, Pyramid, 2+2 or about 20 others instead of this 'easy listening' version! Regardless, August can't get here fast enough.

I like the whineyness, but you're definately right about how it should be more aggresive (grunge). It was still one of the best of the night.

i hated thom's vocals in this performance, and this was one of my favorite songs on the set list lol.... he sounds too whiney and lacks the usual grunge of the song

yeah i agree. I don't like his change in vocal style, he just seems either too apathetic of the song or he wants to parody his earlier days. Meh
