Me too. I was surprised about how it gave the

training program little time to see good results.

After 2 weeks after its training, I jumped higher

quicker and can dunk easily. And now,I share

it to my team mates w/o hesitation cause it

might helped us win every game. Anyway,

Both very attractive. Are those dorky outfits necessary to maximize their high jump? Also, where did this air? I guess the UK? I could never do that -- looks very difficult. I wonder exactly how one gets into high jump. Not the most popular or famous sport!

@msbunnypaws As a 3rd Grade boy I fell in love with high jump at public school field day. Went home, built a high jumb standard, got bamboo for a bar and jumped every moment available. Today the Fosbury Flop which these ladies are doing has hurt the sport. Landing on the neck as they do has caused many schools to drop this event. The "pit" cost is astronomical. It is sport - no poles or balls or rackets - just your body and how high. So fine.

@theeoden1 You land on your shoulders when doing the Fosbury Flop, not on your neck. You should know what you are talking about before spewing out ridiculous statements. I'm glad you jumped over a bamboo pole when you were young, but that doesn't make you an authority on the high jump.
