its pretty much illegal to steal some ones work because he didnt give you the right to download it and make an mp3 unless he gives you the rights because he is the creator :P

Actually, if downloading were illegal, then we'd all be arrested right now. Any video that loads is loaded into cache, which is, essentially, on your hard drive.

That's how I got this video and re-encoded it: Opened up my cache in explorer, and went through the files adding .flv to the end until I found it (then encoded to mp3, etc).

Also, I always release files with the name of the authors in the file's name.
