@jayneismyname it is nice to see people still talk about the carrot cruncher, but i see martin connor nearly every day. seen his show many times, yes he is still doing them even at his age!!!!!!!!!!................martin is shags son...............
I worked for Hugie Green and opportunity Knocks and did live shows with these guys.( I was on the audition team and the sound eng )
The best I remember is when the cockerell
when at the moment during a certain song would go cock a doodle doo but instead he C***ped all over the stage Also the boyz came to my home one night after we went out to the kennsinton pub in London and not there fault but we caused a big bust up in my family home. crunchers call me
could anyone tell me where the carrot crunchers are now days , I know shag is pushing up more carrots ( such a sad loss) I would love to see them again,
We wer great fans of there's , we used to follow them all over hampshire & dorset in the late 70s early 80s. We saw them a lot in the highpost salisbury .WE even had richard come to winchester to see us cus he once had a fiat 850 sport & the fitters around his way couldn'nt get it to run right, so my father who is a shithot fitter got it running right. Dick spent best part of the day & nearly all night with us before he drove back to ( i think bristol then). can you give me some info thanks.
Your missed Shag. Saw you when i was a kid and the band was great.
