They say no but I got a letter from the company stating we did not receive payment. And I keep trying to explain to these people the CFO did not return the a4v, you gave him x amount of days to respond and it he has kept your a4v they have been paid. The debt is settled

All of these processes are handled administratively and sent to the U.S. Treasury Criminal Investigation dept.. But, I must say that in order for it to actually work, there are a loooot of steps that have to be taken before sending out letters. The UCC1 has to be filed first, along with other docs. Am I right? Also, will this affect a person's employment? Say, if they had a job in Accounting?
