  • horrible!!!

  • You don't fucking add that shit while the oil is still on..... U fucking didn't even cook me right you burnt them

  • Do you know how to cook?

  • pretty nice boobs

  • omg these comments made me LOLOLOLOL

  • LOL! Loved it

  • woah thats alot of salt u have there. blood pressure before fries: 50%. blood pressure after fires: 500%

  • she aint even wash dem

  • Wow who would season the oil and wouldn't it have no flavor?? Just disgusting and yet legit but I would never eat those.

  • the are all burnt

  • Paper towels absorb the oil ... unless you like the oil.

  • She's doing something a little strange, seasoning the oil rather than the fries directly. I've seen this done before, on a vegan cooking show, Christina Cooks. I'm not a fan of her show, but I think she used soy sauce right in the hot oil, or something like that.

By fear is that the oil is NOT re-usable for much after seasoning the oil itself. Of course, if you're gonna make this every day, then maybe you can just leave the oil in the pan.

    Strange, but thumbs up.

  • And just 4 those... u never use a paper product 2 absorb grease. She got that kinda right. Paper absorbs and radiates moisture (soft paper). Should be a wire rack. But I would try them

  • Ummm I would try it if u made it but seasoning oil? I do not get that. U cook fries twiceand season...well 2 each her own. Again I would try it but would not make it

  • When she seasoned the oil -facepalm-

  • a lot of us americans like certain foods cooked almost burnt. I eat my hamburgers almost cremated. I like fries on the crispy burnt side. Depends on what part of the usa you were raised in. If its the midwest they like food well done (or burnt). In the east, like massachusetts they like meat still alive and bloody

  • I think you burned all the spices, ruined the oil, then burned the fries!

  • Lol search How to make homemade french fries ghetto

  • no cutting board:O my mom will kill me!

  • anyone want some charcoal bits and fried seasonings? anyone?

  • she is stupid

  • @ashrafanwarhossain fuck you shes fine!

  • You didn't use a cutting board, you over seasoned them, you BURNT them, and then u just threw them on the plate without a paper towel...

  • I hate to be mean but there are so many things wrong with this video.......do you seriously not use a cutting board??????

  • Look here lady you suck!!!! First of all, what kind person burns the fries!! Second you ruined the oil with your bad blend of herbs and spices. That was some perfectly good oil you wasted. Then the spices are bad italian seasonings! What you want your fries to taste like spaghetti. Some women just don't bling in the kitchen!!!

  • That's gross Wtf u suck u dumb bitch

  • she has slight of hand on to be cuting those fries so fast

  • There Burnt:0

  • Oh damn, that was wrong on so many levels. No cutting board, gross.. Salt added with 3 different products, burnt fries thrown on a plate with no napkin to absorb all the grease.. lmao.. May be good after drinking all night

  • Might I suggest not burning the fries, also soak them before eating :O and add seasoning after they are finished frying...omg just stay away from the kitchen-__- lol :P

  • woman... no cutting board? burnt fries? YOU RACK DISCIPRINE!!!!

  • not the best you need inprovement A soak the fires in cold water in sugar or water for 30 min next dry them THEN COOK cook till cripsy then ADD SEASONINGS IM srry but thats not french fires but just fires.

  • Everything about how you did that awful! Potato's were not clean, wrong utensil, ALL that seasoning & you burnt them...

  • ohhhhhhhhhh !!!!!!!!!!! REALLLYYYYY

  • those fuken fries are burnt stupid bitch!

  • You did them pretty much the same way America's Test Kitchen know does them. The ATK host said they found thsi method was ultimately the best. I tried their method and it makes the best fries there is. BTW I too have for years gone through all the BS of rinseing/soakin/chilling/blanching/cooling turning up the heat of the oil. No more of that BS for me thanks to ATK.

  • Hi there, thanks for the video, a trick is to put white fat/bakers shortening (about 2 spoonfuls) into the oil and fry the chips (preferably frozen/cold) in the oil/shortening. This allows for a nice light brown colour on the outside, with tender cooked French fries on the inside. Stay sweet

  • hurry up, my chops are nearly done!

  • those fries look yummy!! i always wanted to know, what do you do with the grease?

  • im sorry to day. but those were horrible french fried u made. if u want to make the best. u should put them in a bowl of ice cold water for at least 45min after slicing the potato. doing this u make the french fry light and fluffy in the inside like fast food fries. after u dry them of course. u blanch them in the oil by putting oil on 300 degrees for like 3min and then let them cool down for 20min. then fry them again on 375 degrees.

this makes the crispiest fries ever for u and the best

  • thanks i'll try it sometime.

  • @Sarahjrb yes thats correct, the first frying cooks them, the second one crisps them. also use peanut oil for the best results.

  • you don't have to do that.

  • @19thepyrochilibean

    do what?

  • @mjprimetime23 you prob forgot about this post you made but it made my day when i came across it, it's excellent and i have you to thank for my perfect french fries. What kind of potatoes do you use and recomend?

  • @FAZER00432

oh no prob i remember this post. lol looking at my post it seemed kinda harsh but i was just trying to help u make tastier fries. my aunt and uncle own a really successful diner before so they showed me how to make it and they use kennbec potatoes which are the by far the best ones to use for fries and mashed potatoes. but they are hard to get if u dont like in the northern states. the second follow up would be idaho patatoes but u can use yukon gold if u cant find other 2.

  • @FAZER00432

also the best oil to use is peanut. they have lowest smoking point so it keeps oil real hot and warm which makes the fries crispier and better taste. yep kennebec potato and peanut oil is the best combo.

  • @mjprimetime23 fuckg moron fast food fries suck they get full of oil u light flufy fat american
