  • 2 fingers?

  • Man, what a great song, and you play very, very well.

  • Thanks a lot for your great comment.

  • I have had this video "favorited" for a looong time. The tune is beautiful but, more importantly, your version manages to capture some of the mystery of it, If that makes sense.

  • Thanks a lot for your great compliment.

    Bernard.

  • shit. that guitar has a nice sound.

  • Very nice playing and it sounds awesome! I have a similar guitar like yours; a Gibson J-50 1967. It sounded really bad at first but then I replaced the adjusteble bridge and now it sounds almost as good as yours. Do you only use two fingers to pick? I understand its hard to explain by words but maybe you could do some kind of easy and quick lesson?

    Best Regards from Sweden

  • What are the chords in this piece?

  • Beautiful - let me know if you want to sell that battered old 60's Gibson; I'll give you enough cash to go out and buy yourself a brand new Martin to replace it!

  • Thanks a lot fror your comment.

Sorry my gibson is not to sell.

    Bernard.

  • Sublime, beautiful. 2 finger picking amazing. It looks like a travis pick. Any chance you could show how that's done in a lesson sometime? 5 stars.

  • Thanks a lot for your comment.

  • hi great playing, is your gibson original from the sixties? its a very warm sound, but i think an old gibson guitar is also very expensive. best regards friedel

  • Thanks a lot for the compliment.

    It's a 1960 J 45.

  • I really like how you slowed this down a bit and capo'd the guitar lower...a lot of other people speed it up and play it higher. Well done!!! By the way, what are you running your guitar through? I definitely hear some reverb. Thanks!

  • Thanks for your compliments.

  • your guitar sounds beautiful! 5*****

  • Thank you very much

  • nice spacial reverb effect! helps the song sound that much better! hey, u pick like me! i've never seen anyone pick with their pointer finger and thumb before!

  • Thanks for this comments.

I think Leo Kottke only pick with their pointer finger and thumb.

  • thanks!!! i maybe can figure it out now

  • Thanks.

  • Leo Kottke picks with all 12 fingers. Justin Hayward (Moody Blues) picks with thumb and pointer. Check acoustic version of Voices in the Sky.

You pick with 2 and sound like 4.

    I like it!

  • very nice

  • Thanks.

  • beautiful

  • Merci beaucoup.

  • Do you have a tab for this song? It's my new favorite Dylan song.

  • What kind of J-45 is that? Is it one of those Modern Classics or True Vintage?

  • It's a 1960 J 45, true vintage.

  • your guitar sounds beautiful. that is my dream acoustic guitar. the tone is so rich and pleasant!

  • Thanks , i hope you find one day a similar guitar.

  • Thanks for the compliments.

  • nicley played! this is one of my favourite Dylan songs. where do you get all these old guitars from? you have a great collection!
