I wear wigs all the time. :) I agree, it's absolutely just like an accessory. My natural hair is bright emerald and really short right now, (always different colours, and always short) so I am always buying natural coloured or even other bright coloured wigs in really long lengths, just to change it up!!

@samusez I don't own any but sometimes I feel like staying indoors because my hair can become a wild beast. You could say I feel like wearing a wig. Anything that helps cover my hair when it's being a pain in the butt works. Besides, that wig you're currently wearing is very cute!

I wish more women would go with short hair. I really dig the sporty or bubbly look. Sadly a lot of girls are going with generic trash or club looks, especially in downtown Orlando. It's a real turn-off seeing all the girls on my college campus in Uggs, yoga pants, and a graphic t-shirt they bought from American Apparel. They all look like carbon copies of each other. Rock the wig, more men appreciate spontaneity than you think.

Yes wigs are an accessory but only for the ladies, a nice thing to play around with and have fun with. But for dudes they’re for hiding the shame.

I agree with SquallV, wearing a wig is no different than painting one's nails. Wigs are a way of expressing yourself and if you want to have a short pixie cut one day, or a bob on another, or even a beehive one day, you can!

The main problem I see coming out of wigs, is when someone likes how you look, and then finds out that you were faking that look and feels... I don't know, cheated in some way. Like when they found out the expensive glasses they got real cheap were fake. Aside from this, I have no problem at all with wigs, and basically agree with your views on them.

@samusez Yeah, that's true, but you know, humans. On second thoughts, hair grows anyway, so even if it was a problem, it can easily be fixed with time (though I doubt someone wearing wigs in the first place would necessarily oblige to 'fixing' it, although, there is a magic in feeling someone's hand run through your hair). Feels like I'm rambling at this point, but yeah. Can't wait to see the long wig you were talking about! (Long flowing hair. Mmmm! Don't forget your bows and ribbons!)
