@laughlane Does anyone know the recipe for Veal which is cooked in a carrot sauce and served with dumplings (Hungarian recipe of course) emial me valbooger@hotmail.com
Instead of water in crepes butter used soda. Good job! Soda adds the sweetness to the butter mixture. A single recipe that could be used in different kind of dish. How thoughtful to a Musician Chef and I love his accent.

@Antonio001z In America it is called powdered sugar. It might be called baker's sugar in other places. It's the light snow-like powdery sugar you see on pastries.
Hi awesome work. Are you from Canada? If so I encourage you to have a look at my profile and cooking shows and tell me what you think not just my show but the concept of my unique idea im putting together.
Csinta, csinta, palacsinta. Imádom a palacsintát! Édesanyám túrós palacsintát szokott sütni. Soha tudott eleget sütni a két testvéremnek és nekem. Nem volt maradék! Ön szépen zongorál.
I have fond memories of palacsinta (stuffed crepes) growing up as a kid, and hope to share those fond memories and my Hungarian heritage with my own children.
I'm astonished that so few people appreciate that palacsinta can be both a savoury and a sweet dish, and can equally well serve as an entrée, main or even a desert.
My favourite was always a sweetened sour cream and raisin combination.
beautiful Chef, I really enjoyed your presentation, your music, and your bubbly personality. Great use of time during preparation, when I first saw an 8 min vid I was reluctant, you didn't edit it more, but the way you passed the time was original and unique in this format. I really enjoyed it. Thanks again, chef.

Wow I also use Soda/Seltzer Water in my Pancakes, Cake batters, etc for really light and fluffy texture. Wow my grandma made most of her cakes like this, pancakes etc,.
@olli2591 Yes in Hungary also, in sweet thin crepes comes sweets , and thicker crepe no sugar added comes bean stew, chicken stew, veggie on and on ... Nevertheless Peter used sweet crape for both, sound good to me .
Thanks for your invitation. I like your song "Heartbroken", so powerful. I also like the wine from the region of Tokaji in Hungary. Can you commend some pairing Hungarian desserts with Tokaji?

@dgdhqgdyukqud the soda water incorporates a lot of air which makes the crepe very light. milk is heavy and dense.
