  • What used to happen with me was that sometimes my brain would be so active that i couldn't go to sleep after some tries id let go sleeping and allow myself to go with the flow and think whatever would come to mind. Next day I'd be too tired to remember even how I felt asleep.

  • I toss and turn so I CAN go to sleep. It's easy. I lay down, hold my penis in my right hand and start tossing it. Then I'll hold my balls in my left hand and turn them left, turn them right and even roll them about, and then after the white stuff paints the 9' tall ceiling above my bed, I fall asleep. See? Simple stuff

  • How to sleep better actually depends on a few factors and no single factor can contribute to a good night sleep by itself. As such it is important to learn and be familiar with all the possible factors that affect sleep and avoid those contributing factor as well as be fully aware of all the factors that help you achieve better sleep. Thus you need to manage yourself at all time, once you do that then you are in control and you can achieve what you set out to find - how to sleep better.

  • The problem is, sleep is far more complex than most know. Your body has a circadian rhythm, there are 5 phases of sleep and they run in cycles at certain times of the day, your body produces melatonin at certain times based on light entering your retina as well as sunlight on your skin causes certain chemicals to be produced that alter sleep patterns. If you have a sleep disorder you need to do your homework, plain and simple.

  • Im in college and I have insomnia, my mind is always thinking about things and I can't get it to just relax when Im in bed...so now I take .5mg of klonopin each night, relaxes my nervous system, Im out like a light.

  • I've started taking meds at my own descretion and thats going over great. I never got "addicted" like so many told me i would. I only need them now when my minds over excited. for example if tomorrow i have provincial exam. Normaly i wouldn't be able to get any sleep. But these meds kinda knock you out and force you to bed instead of rolling around mindlessly for hours. Not going to say i reccoment taking sleeping pills. But they have been helping me alot. They're called Homeogene 46 by Boiron

  • im 16 an dim going to try that. If i try to fall asleep at 9 or 10 i end up falling asleep at 2. if i try to go to bed at 12 or 1 i fall asleep right away. mybe if this works i can get to 8 hours of sleep instead of 6

  • yea dude the same happens to me. i got to sleep at 8,9,10, or 11, i always fall asleep when the clock hits 12. my mom told me that teenagers have these hormones that are not that good at sending signals that say "you are sleeeeeeeepy". so its pretty normal
