I've started taking meds at my own descretion and thats going over great. I never got "addicted" like so many told me i would. I only need them now when my minds over excited. for example if tomorrow i have provincial exam. Normaly i wouldn't be able to get any sleep. But these meds kinda knock you out and force you to bed instead of rolling around mindlessly for hours. Not going to say i reccoment taking sleeping pills. But they have been helping me alot. They're called Homeogene 46 by Boiron

im 16 an dim going to try that. If i try to fall asleep at 9 or 10 i end up falling asleep at 2. if i try to go to bed at 12 or 1 i fall asleep right away. mybe if this works i can get to 8 hours of sleep instead of 6
yea dude the same happens to me. i got to sleep at 8,9,10, or 11, i always fall asleep when the clock hits 12. my mom told me that teenagers have these hormones that are not that good at sending signals that say "you are sleeeeeeeepy". so its pretty normal
