@meiu09 Sorry for the late reply; I no longer have access to the Pepsimus account, so I only check the vids every so often. After making the frames, I put it all together using Sony Vegas. That program takes all the frames and turns it into a video file.
@torkair72torino I've currently been hired to do some animation for a comic book that hasn't been released, but if you like the art style of War Within, you should like what I'm working on now, since I'm animating for the same artist! :-) Once I finish that, I'll return back to War Within
I hate doing "repair" work in Photoshop, and would never have had the patience to this. Props!
Someone else who commented mentioned the new "Content Aware" feature in CS5 - you might be familiar with it (there's a few demos of it on Youtube) If only that feature had been available when you were working on this series - it probably would've cut down your workload by 75%.
This is very interesting, I've always wondered how you animated the comic. This is just indepth and very useful for people who want to try the same thing. The War Within Animated series has done quite well so far. Hope to see you finish the series through to the end.
That was an awesome insight into what you have to do to get these pages moving Nigel. As cast members we only get half the job done, and it is a credit to you that you spent your spare time doing this. Kudos!
This was my best guestimate on how to do one of these. I don't have vegas or after effects but ulead studio should do the trick. I want to do some batman comic reviews and possibly go all out motion comic with them.
ok one question, what software do you use to put it all together, you know the clips?

@urizen123 I'm "playing" with the new Photoshop now--I actually find the puppet warp feature, so far, to be the most helpful
