  • Yes it is Jimmy Haslip.

  • is Jimmy Haslip on bass guitar ?

  • ハシュリップもリオスも左利き!!なんか笑える!

  • @shiroikoibitotachi1 左利き=右脳だから、音楽的才能と関係あるかも知れませんね。偶然じゃなくて。

  • hermoso mas musica es hermosa

  • My Dad gave me a copy of Maisha on cassette in 1986 when I was 9 yrs old, and it put me on my path to being a professional jazz musician. I still perform and tour to this day. I can still hear it, and discover beauty - timeless! It set that benchmark "california" easy fusion sound of the 80's. Even though Sadao is Japanese! (by the way, the bass player looks like one of the beasty boys in character from 'sabotage' !!!)

  • 弘法も筆のあやまり?

  • Just two weeks ago I found a copy of Sadao Watanabe's "Maysha" ON VYNIL in a 2nd hand store-- I'm glad my intuition did not fail when I bought it- Virtually all the melodies included are easy for me to play and follow. Simply a good modern jazz record! :)

  • Good for you!

I had that LP for awhile.. very NICE album!

  • next to the school recorder the Alto sax is my least favourite instrument it gets on my tits. its so bland its torture to me. But i do suggest you check out this gus sweet deal album just for the last track cycling and Rendezous album for Roberta flack singing if i am still around tommorow i think its sadao stair way to heaven if you get my drift track its really nice.
