my goal is to be able to do at least 175pounds (80kg) in bench press within a year. get a slim waist, well defined abs.
And as a Karate performer, be able to throw all kinds of kicks and punches with great power and accuracy. i will also stretch and loosen up my body so that i can do a split and things like that.
My goal is to become not just a regular county swimmer, but to be a real athlete. I'm in reasonably decent shape from training 12 hours a week in the pool. But now I'm ready for the next step, to get up and lift, crunch and press up; extra to what my co-swimmers are doing. I see no alternative to set me apart from the rest. I aim to become a national, even international competitor. That is my long-term goal. Please continue to make these motivational videos as the help me greatly. Thanks

my goals is to be the most dominant catch wrestler in mixed martial arts and the most shredded, talented, charismatic athlete at 170 & later 185 lbs the sport ha ever seen. : ). Big goals. Now it's time for my workout.
