the point of the indoor water park better hotel indoor skating nice golf course and condos is that jay as a business needs a way to make money year round wich not only helps the community with jobs but gives people something to do in the summer
Looks awesome. To all the naysayers, would you rather the place went out of business? Its called forward thinking, you either get with it or get left behind.
@OutsideGroove there are mountains out there that "didn't get with it" and they are doing just fine. Smugglers notch and mad river glen are just a few that have made it with out selling themselves out. Jay sucks now, too many people on a small not so expanded mountain just like stowe and killington.
Jay Peak has made some very impressive changes in development to the mountain. I really like the appearance of the hotel you built last year. The hotel you are about to build looks like a hospital, it doesn't look like a mountainside resort. Jay Peak is a classy resort, I just don't believe the biggest hotel on the mountain should look as though it belongs in New York City. Jay Peak is a beautiful mountain, it would be nice if the new hotel would blend in with nature, not oppose it.
My dad is building this place he designed this whole thing on CAD and now it is becoming a reality if you ever need quality electrical work done just call Mikes Electric you wont be sorry
