Polis bantuan do not have the right to arrest any person, polis bantuan can only detain the suspect and call the nearest Police Officer who is on patrol and bring back to the station. If the suspect retaliate with rude and do not respect the police office with violence, the police office has the right to retailate back for the police office safety....

Maybe because we listen to them and we communicate to them with respect. I am sure they hit you for a reason - why not you tell us the truth boy. we should not be too emotional over this incidence. if one is rude to friends or thier parents, they will be punished. in this case he was rude to the police and damaged police property. since he was arrested at 3 am, there would be reasons to arrest and investigate him. this is the unfortunate job that police has to do all over the world. if one is not happy, then enrole yourself in the police force and do it differently.

Have heard many cases relating police assaulting civilians. It is wrong and It should be stopped. It doesn't mean it is usual in malaysia and we have to accept it. Else, someone would enrol in the police force and slap u everyday for no reason.

Police dont just hit non muslim citizen...they hit anyone who is cocky to them. Question - Could this kid being cocky to the cops and claim he was hit? Its only his word againts the cops...I hope we always listen both side before we judge...its bad and sad when we see someone get hurt...hope this settle peacefully.
