You mentioned that u are putting on the bone just under your eye. Ok my question is I have a scar right on that bone under my eye. It runs directly on the bone and is just over an inch long. Can I still do high light there? Would I use a matte finish ( shimmer makes it more noticeable) can I still wear shimmer blush if the high light is matte?
