You see I ended up there because a "conscious and intelligent" pitbull on a walk of its own (I saw the dog coming down the street towards me" decided to show aggression for no reason. ie. I was not near its home. I did not threaten it I did nothing but walk towards the path I always walk.

I watched this "dog just protecting his territory" mark territory for several blocks and then come towards me in a public park area where I jumped a fence to avoid being bitten or mauled. Yep stupid me i wanted simply to walk several blocks and walk in the open space/park I always walked in.
