Hmm. I love how people try to act like what he's playing right now is something difficult, when basically the whole thing is a down tempo 4/4 with some slight time signature changes in the fills. Have you heard Tool's cover of No Quarter? It's amazing. Tool is equal to LZ in musicianship if not better. Bonham was good but DC is in a leauge of his own.

Tool's Ticks & Leeches and Lateralus I think but there's plenty more. You question his greatness but I think you don't know what that means. Greatness comes within creativity and way of playing (phrasing etc.) If you're looking for a poser, you're looking in a wrong place buddy...

i think he's a great drummer because of his talent, danny is great in what he is doing. he also had much success, e.g. with carole king etc. moreover his band is a progressive metal/rock band, if you know anything about music and if you play an instrument yourself, you will probably know how hard it is to play such kinds of music
