I also have Everio MediaBrowser HD Edition and videocamera JVC GZ-HD300 but when I upload a video directly to youtube threw Everio MediaBrowser HD Edition it is always only 240p on youtube
I do know it is hard to edit videos in HD because if I use Everio MediaBrowser HD Edition to convert to avi for moviemaker the quality is always worse but I would exept a video with no editing directly uploaded to youtube to be more then 240p when the video is in HD
Hey CSXJoe can you make a video on how to use this camera. Like how to upload to youTube. Im having a hard time using this camera. Whenever you do the movie conversion it converts to a low resolution. is this normal. Please help me out.
So I take thats a pool? because I am not sure if it was or not you really didnt say if it was a pool.. I mean if it is a pool... But just making sure if it was a pool just in case it was a pool...... LoL.
how can you have so long video?i have the same camera and if i film a can only film in like 1min if i film longer the video will be like 2GB.please anwer
@4vans82 YES it dose to upload a video connect it to the mac then open up imovie it should do it automatically if not go to files on imovie then choose import from camera. hope this helped
Well, first go to import part of sony vegas. There you should see AVCHD camcorder. You will upload the videos directly from the camcorder to the vegas. Is your Sony Vegas 8 Platinum, Pro, or normal? If normal, you might need a more upgraded version.
Thanks for the quick reply, I have the Platinum version of 8. When I try to import the files I go to import media>EVERIO_HDD(F:)>AVCHD>BDMV>STREAM to access the mts files but when I try to import them I get this message: "Warning: an error occured while opening one or more files. The cause of the error could not be determined." Any idea of what I'm doing wrong? Am I going through the wrong Import?
ok, you need to go to the file, go to import. There should be many import options: Import Media, Camcorder, AVCHD camcorder. Click the AVCHD camcorder. Make sure your camcorder when plugged in it's on playback option. Then select the JVC and it should work.
There might be a problem with my camera. I followed your instruction and under file>import I only see "Import Media" and "DVD Camcorder". My camera is on the playback option also. Oh well, I appreciate the help anyways.
did you realize about the sound? I heard some weird noise while you are outside.. it sounds like raining over ur camera.. I am just wondered how can u fix that without loosing video quality?
I have all the settings made on the everio. Then I select the footage to be "exported " on the camcorder. Then I get the prompt list. I did the "export to library" and "back up" but have no idea what file im looking for on my pc?? it was more straight forward using the software. please help lol
ok, just got mine and catching hell lol. The jvc software that comes with it does rob the quality of the footage so Ive been reading you guys comments and trying the alternative route...sigh.... easier said than done. First off I run vista.
I just hit "back up to computer" go to my computer and find the file drag it onto my desktop the change it from a 001.MTS to 001.M2TS then put it on vegas and save it as a 001.WMV
How did you get the quality to be so good? Are you using the everio software to download it to your pc?? Thats what I do and the quality is total crap. Got any ideas for me? If you don't upload your videos to your pc using the everio software, how do you get it to your pc? thanks pleaase reply
Are you uploading directly from the camcorder to the Youtube Site(one touch mode)?Or are you using the downloaded JVC CD-Rom info?My uploaded videos don't look as great as this.Possibly because I'm uploading through the JVC CD-Rom info.
you have to change the file depending on computers..my raw files wont work on this computer which is vista (windows media player) it does work when i put it on my editing program sony vegas...
and my other comp which is windows XP handles the raw file perfectly and does everything with the camera perfect..
oh well yeah i do that too...i was just trying to make it simpler for that fella with the question..asuming he didnt have sony vegas. but yeah lol just adding the raw to vegas is way quicker..saved/saves me alot of time.
battery life plz, non-stop film??
