You have a wonderful voice. If I may make a suggestion, try tilting your guitar up a little bit at more of an angle. You tend to let your wrist flop a bit towards the end of your strum, and it gives an uneven sound that detracts from the flow of the song. Of course, this is from 2006 so you're probably much better by now!

like others said, make a strumming pattern for the whole song instead of playing 8th notes. i also noticed you have a bad habit i used to have which is as you strum down, your pick hits the wood just under the 1st string. try to use a thin pick and only strum with the tip. that way, it'll sound much more flowing. your voice projection is good so no comment there.
