  • how about some news from Texas on the border of mexico.

beheadings, dismemberments, skinned heads stitched to soccar balls, grandmothers mothers and children executed many of these techniques reported to have been taught by muslims to the mexican drug cartels.

  • THANK YOU, 2nd Amendment!! The ULTIMATE gun permit.

  • I like to say a quote. God made man Samuel colt made them even

  • Swift justice here. This citizen saved tax-payers thousands upon thousands of dollars had this gone through the justice system that is most often always flawed.. THANK YOU!!

  • nobody will break into her house any time soon...

  • Many props go out to the mom - one less scumbag to clutter up society due to her great work. Shame she didn't get the opportunity to clean out the accomplice as well.

And props to this lawyer^ for having the goofiest-looking carved beard ever.

  • if the cops did their job, it would have never came to this. Sadly, this guy's death is gonna weigh on this poor girl conscience for the rest of her life. It just hasnt sunk in yet. What she did was justifiable. But it doesnt make it any more easier to live with.

  • @believer06

I really don't think that girl's conscience will ever beat her up for protecting the life of her infant child as well as her own life. I'm sure she didn't want it to come down to having to fatally shoot someone, but when push came to shove, she did what she had to do. It serves that scumbag right for invading someone's home, which would have otherwise resulted in the child and her mom being terrorized and/or harmed. Those scumbags should've thought before they acted.

  • @alnessang She did what she had to do. Had I been in the same position, I wouldve done the very same thing. But having never taken a life, I dont know how it would effect me. Questions like "Had I just let him take what he wanted, would he had just left" "What if he didnt know I had a baby in here and once he saw him/her, would he had just ran off" might go thru my head. I know, they may sound silly. In any case, she's went thru enough already with the lose of her husband and now this.

  • This is "Gun Control" at it's finest. Wait, stay calm, aim, shoot to kill ... dial 911.

  • A cop told me once along time ago, "if they make it back outside, drag them back in". The cops have to report whats first seen at the scene!

  • @1eyednewt I have heard this same BS time and time again. If you think that a CSI will not be able to tell that the body was dragged after being shot, I have some North Dakota ocean front property to sell you. After determining that the body has been moved, and thus a crime scene tampered with, all suspicion will fall upon you. Do it legally and know the laws for the area you live in.

  • @EyeinTeaJay This was from a police Sgt. that lived across the street from me. Maybe it would be the same CSI that did 9/11. lol

  • One more criminal justifiably removed from society. I'm glad to hear she had the sand to do the necessary thing at the appropriate time. Scumbags be warned!

  • Wonder why 'single mother' term is used anymore, seems to be the new normal. I'm thinking 'married mother' term should come into vogue when speaking of a female with children who IS married, seems to be somewhat the exception now thanks to the 'liberating' influences of Gloria Steinem et al...

  • NICE

  • The State should pay for the repairs to her door and say "sorry we couldn't protect you, but we're glad you and your child are ok."

  • They are referring to our Oklahoma 'make my day' law.

I don't have anything worth stealing, but you're welcome to bust on in and try...

It's sad that it has come to this but at least they have ensured that we need not be victimized in our own homes.

I'm an Okie and damn proud of it

  • @glenisah If this had happened in California or NY, this girl would be in jail right now for defending her child.

  • @imabadking thats why I dont live in CALI or NEW YORK

  • awesome story and props to that brave lady....god bless the second amendment

  • One cop in Oklahoma told me that if you have to shoot them outside your home just drag them inside & say it happened inside :)

  • @WulfBand That is not verry intelligent an responsible from him. Get caught moving the body and you're on for the ride of your life in court. Its called 2nd degree murder. It's quite easy to notice if a corpse was moved from last position.

  • Facts of life in America....the will kill you for your flat screen!

    REV 18

  • I had a YT contact in Florida recently who has been home invaded twice and the police did nothing, saying it was "a neighborhood problem." Here in France, you MUST call the police and wait. Good luck with all that. An old man killed a guy who had invaded his property, stole stuff -- used a legal hunting rifle. You guessed it. The old man got two years in jail. It was two Welfare guys who kept stealing his vegetables, tools and supplies. Drunkards. One is dead, now.

  • @slobomotion The time is coming soon my friend that all of you in France will need a gun and not for the common criminal but a totalitarian terrorist government who is going global. I believe 2012 is that year that we all globally will have to protect ourselves from these sociopaths. France like Australia and the other countries who have had their guns taken away need to start stocking up privately :) Illegal or not, you have the right to defend yourself.

  • @WulfBand Guns are quite legal here and the gun lobby is strong. I think you misunderstood me. You can have hunting guns here and hunting weapons, just need to apply and hunting is sacred here. We are all allowed to have these things in our homes. Things will be generally okay in France this year. There is a lot of misinformation out there about Europe. The issue with the old man was not his owning a legal gun, not at all. He just took the law into his own hands.

  • Good for this lady.

  • The attorney is correct. Its called home invasion which is a forcible felony which is the stage where deadly force can be used.
