@xFathead41x he walks around the corner cuz the game tends to lag if there is a huge multi kill. ESPECIALLY if you have a 3 bar. You know when sometimes you call in a predator missile and right before you get the 5 or 6 man multi kill, the pred lags just a little before it hits the ground? ya its cuz the game needs to register all of that activity. Plus the arrows moved because he looked left during the lag so everything jumped a little including his radar. And yes, a throwing knife can do tht.
