No, Homebrew Channel is installed from a hack which requires Zelda TP, SD Card if your doing it on 3.3 or 3.4. If your gonna do it on 4.0 you must use BaNNeRBoMB to install it

You just have to type this in google .elf to a .dol converter and should be good, then put it in the root of your SD card ^_^
