I have a newfoundland, he is 80 kilos and his name is baloo, from the jungle book :) I always imagine what he would look like in slow motion. The drool is unbelievable! but they are beautiful dogs. As is yours! :)

@AdaBrady I have had 2 now and have my Puppy Harry's Paw Print Tattooed on my back he passed in 09 .from cancer @ 10 years and Now we George and is our New Babby!!!!! and we are getting another one at the end of next summer for George as a play mate. and we would LOVE To Have a Bronze one !!!!!!!!!! I love this video! Always makes me smile, and I kept showing it to my boyfriend to convince him newfie was the best choice of breed. lol.

Now I have my very own 2yo brown newfie (another one without the built-in brakes), he looks very much like your bosco :)

Newfies are the best breed ever! I didn`t expect him to be the smartest dog I`ve had, but he is! And so playful, curious and energetic... not at all the lazy couch potato I thought I`d end up with. hehe

Sadly, the factory installed brakes are an unstable standard four on the floor. They are kinda lousy on hills, corners, wet surfaces and any area within three feet of your knees from any direction in all weather conditions. I've been plowed into by 'quick stopping' newfs. It ain't pretty. On the upside, they are always happy to apologize and will clean your face while you are flat on your back, as long as you are down there.

Aww! Bosco is so beautiful! I've only met a couple of chocolate Newfies, but I think they're so unique, kind of like how chocolate Labs are unique. So cute.
