edens first time shooting (did good) glock 19 9mm

Looking at getting my first handgun and the Glock 19. What are your thoughts? I have no doubt this is a good first gun, but is there any other guns you'd recommend over this?

@wolfwing747 yes the glock 19 is a great starter pistol but what do you want it for ?

they are great guns but lack your stadard safety not big deal just keep in mind

and for the price you cant find a better gun also might want to check out the XD or XDM also great guns

@armorersvault I'm was looking for something to use both for general plinking, but also as a concealed carry firearm. Unfortunately, since one of my scholarships didn't apply this semester for some reason, I don't have enough to buy one right now, however, I do plan on purchasing one in the future if you think it would be a good choice.

@wolfwing747 yes glocks are nice but are a little big for every day carry at least for me i am pretty slim
