part3 I swear when you go back to reflect on what brought you to where you are at now you will wonder what took you so long to do the things that make you feel most comfortable. Given time everything will work out just fine. I support you
Bottom line, at the end of the day its only you that matters most, not the stranger on the street with a short selective memories who forgets small details that which don't involve them, or your school mates, or your family who will eventually come to understand you threw time. I find that just letting go of the things that make you uncomfortable, will help you feel better for having let those things go.
I understand your disliking for makeup. I feel the same way. I hate how society takes makeup and uses it mostly for women to hide behind or to use as a tool to help make them feel inadequate with themselves. Makeup is meant to enhance natural beauty not morph it into a perverse sense of reality. I say if you feel comfortable not wearing makeup then don't wear it, whatever makes you most comfortable, go for it, indulge in the things that make you feel most comfortable.
Don't wear so much makeup, or tone it down. YOu don't need all that makeup, "war-paint" to look feminine, you're feminine anyway. It's too much, and you don't need it to be attractive.
I'm myself a Feminine FTM and understand you. I don't wear makeup every day, but I have female features that I like, even though I call myself male. I dress in more feminine clothes, but it's just because I'm a fag! ;)
Be you, and stand up for yourself! You will find peace someday. I haven't done it yet, but we all will... KEEP IT UP! =^_^=
i think just be you......and if you really want to look more like a guy-then take testosterone (after finding out everything you can first-i have taken it for 13 years)and become part of the trans community-personally-i hear more sense coming out of you than most of the official sites for any intersex or trans support forum!i can see you leading a blog site for teens going through the same.....i wish people were as honest as we are-and i wish we could all just be non gendered!
I know they 'arrest' puberty in ftm kids from all over the world in Amsterdam, so there's lots out there. Try finding an IRC client and start ur own chat room jst for young trans?
thanks for the comments, people! yeah about the whole stereotype thing.. i totally ignore what people call "male" and "female". No one can see inside my head and no one can tell me what to feel, so who cares? You know :D we only get one life, live it how we want! x
and honey no duh ppl see you as a girl..you have long hair and makeup on. a lot of makeup. at first i thought you were an mtf because you look like you're trying to be feminine. but whatev floats your boat hun.
HE"S a boy born with one of the hardest congenital defects there are...in the wrong gendered body!!! Whats makeup got to do with it? Thought we went thru that making a difference in the 70s!!!
I know it hard that people still see you as a girl. I know this guy who's my friends boyfriend and he wears eyeliner and lipstick sometimes. I also see guys who wear some makeup to some the gigs that I go to. Lots of male rock stars wear makeup like Villa Valo, Robert Smith and David Bowie to name a few. Don't make them less of a guy. If you like to wear make up then wear it.
i still dont get why you wear the makeup. most men i know dont wear makeup the way you do and with the make up and the longish hair it just makes you look more like a girl
if wearing makeup is who you are as a man, thats ok. Think about men in the 18th century, make up and frills where all the rage. I can see how it would get in the way of people seeing you as a man, but if that is the kind of guy you are don't feel like you have to change for other people.
Omg will u be like like my best friendxD I'm a feminine ftm that wears makeup and is goth and people are dicks about it to me as well

Stereotypes suck. Being an Ftm, just be who you are. Makeup or not. Its okay.
