A lot of people actually migrate here only to do crimes since the jail time is so low AND the prisons are pretty much hotels, only differense is that you dont have a private shower and you are forced to stay there. My friends brother was in jail for 1 year, he got to bring his ps2 with a whole bunch of games to his cell etc. They have tv's and shit in the cell. Prisoners are also served better food than the food kids get in school.
