I figured out over my months of workout, that walking big hills like you're doing, walking the steps...all help lose that stomach, tone the behind and legs, as well as get that cardio up to where it should be for weight loss. So when ever you can, keep pressin up that hill, find some steps and keep keepin on. Good luck to you and again. I HAVE FAITH IN U!!!
Sweetheart, What's the difference if you get on Biggest Loser or not? It sounds like you already have the drive to get the weight off. Besides the money, what's holding you back from doing all the stuff that you'll be doing on the show; now? You'll be out of breath and in pain on the show, so what will the difference be? I personally have faith in you. I too am overweight, still. I went from 260lbs to 205 current. And have more to lose. I HAVE FAITH IN U, wether ur accepted on the show or not.
