@BlackBoySwag808 i started off with a program that came with the mac called garageband and messed around with it for about a month then got a program called "Logic Pro 9"which is the most important part. you can prob find it free. Watch youtube tutorials. thats the best way to learn.

i recommend getting the BLUE SPARK MIC.150$

then getting a stand 15$

then speakers. "krk rokits" 300$

Then you will need an usb keyboard 100$ m-audio oxygen. This is my studio now 2011.

fruity loops 8.0 (awesome and highly recommended program by most music editors)

rockband microphone (it has a usb slot and it came with my game... i plug it into my laptop and it works just fine)

AVS Video Editor 4 (to record vocals... it's free)

adobe premiere pro cs3 (to delete the video track^^ and fix up the vocal files)

1st thing is to get a computer (that is the base of everything ) i chose a mac caus i feel thats easier. then get a Midi keyboard like 100$ then get a Condenser mic. 100$

Then get a software . I use Logic 9.
