Looks consistent with an unfit-for-passengers train bound for either Hayward or Concord for repairs. The "TRAIN WON'T STOP" on the overhead Dak displays is a carryover from the previous-gen Borg-Warner displays; I think "OUT OF SERVICE / Train Won't Stop Keep Clear" would be more explicative.

@Bus7777 I went on the Bart once and a train just stopping at the station is just plain fast...a rush of air comes in too and it's pretty loud. o_o

According to the description, it is said that the out-of-service train is POSSIBLY headed to a nearby rail yard. Why does this always occur for trains going out-of-service? Could this mean the train is used for training a train operator?
