    1)D糯米粉要先炒三至五分鐘才可以做皮,所以撞落D粉度就熟l­a

    2)可以,每個人食甜程度吾同,可以加減。

  • @cheeyeo I don't think so but you can try. because the coconut milk is more thick.

  • Hi again. I realize that if I put enough butter, the skin doesn't stick too much and slightly easier to mould. Thanks ! I have already made 2 rounds. And the ones with cooked salted egg yolk stuffed in the middle of the filling taste heavenly !!!

  • Thank you , thank you. Very easy steps to follow. But the skin turned out a bit soft and very very sticky. Even wearing gloves are not easy to mould.

    Instead I used 2 non-stick spatula to hold and wrap. Why do you think it was soft. Shall I reduce the milk ?

  • fry about 5-6min for rice flour.

    粟粉= corn flour

    吉士粉 = you can find it in the first part,

    i make a close up on it.

    hope you can find it in your supermarket
