And , 糕粉 can change it to glutinous rice flour ? Fry means to cook it in the pan right , how long ? Are these all milk flavoured , can I add pandan essence to both skin and filings ? Thanks !

1)D糯米粉要先炒三至五分鐘才可以做皮,所以撞落D粉度就熟la
2)可以,每個人食甜程度吾同,可以加減。

Thank you , thank you. Very easy steps to follow. But the skin turned out a bit soft and very very sticky. Even wearing gloves are not easy to mould.
Instead I used 2 non-stick spatula to hold and wrap. Why do you think it was soft. Shall I reduce the milk ?

fry about 5-6min for rice flour.
粟粉= corn flour
吉士粉 = you can find it in the first part,
i make a close up on it.
hope you can find it in your supermarket
