Yes, Dominic claimed he worked for Baez until October. Then he worked exclusively for George and Cindy. This means that anything he did for George and Cindy is not protected in the case against Casey. Dominic has certainly spilled the beans on all!

@Fogslifted YES! and Jim was asked to go there to be a witnesss to the fact that they found NO BODY! The whole thing was a stage, and it was Cindy who thought it up!

he says he went back to lock up the anthony house-------back to the ritz at 3 a.m. or so-----yet, is back up at 6:30 to say good morning to caitlyn-----and then appears to be on a mission to get information, who had what with coffee, who said what ,who went where etc...

Well, remember that there was alot of water in the area because of some Hurricane that passed through in August.
The bag could have been weighed down with water, leaves, and other kind of debris. But it came back up when the area dried out. Also, animals could have dragged the bag into a more visable area to see if there was anything left. How many times have I seen a fox by my house drag a trashbag to a better location to check it out? MANY!

RIGHT! I mean obviously they KNEW! Casey must have told Baez in jail, that was when they were overheard by "someone" Baez sent PI Casey out there to look, no luck, then that "someone" told Kronk. Kronk went out there several times as well with no luck. See, the Anthony's believed the body would NEVER be found. Baez told Casey, that without the body there would be NO CONVICTION! Thats why Casey was so angry with him after she saw the news that "A" childs body had been found!!!!!

Is it possible that the Anthony's were staying away from theri house because they thought that the body would be discovered by Dominic? If Dominic found the body, it could have been moved, and the Anthony's would have the alibi that they were nowhere near the house because they were at the RITZ????
