@minisepp114 To activate Ars Nova, you must meet four conditions: Marta is in the party, the unison gauge is at least half but not completely full, at least one light sub-element is in the elemental gauge, and at least one dark sub-element in the elemental gauge. Press C when these conditions are met.

to do the Emil + Marta combo -You must have the Main element on the elemental grid as Dark and at least one Light minor element on the grid. Also you cannot have any ally with an element which matches the minor or major elements on the grid.

Example of Working set up

Major element = Dark

Minor Element = Light, Light, Dark, Dark, Wind

Party: Emil, Marta, Bullfrog, Wolf

If you have someone with a light or dark element they will get involved in the attack and mess up the attack

@narutovsbleach231 There was Overlimit in this game for some characters. Such as in quests, like when you had to fight the guards on the outskirts of a city on mania or unknown mode. Or the swordsmaster person. But the fact that none of the playable characters didnt get overlimit. At least they should've given it to lloyd.

Hold B after an arcane arte or high tier spell with a full unision gauge and the special skill enabled. You don't need to worry about the element grid with regards to performing MAs.

There was two things I found wrong with ToS 2's mystic artes. I loved Marta's setup for Radiant Roar. The incantation, and the way she shouted it was just EPIC... and then you get a "poof"... It was kind of a buildup for nothing imo. Also, Although I love Richter's Towering Inferno arte, I was a little letdown when they had the same move for his final form. With a new name they could've changed it at least a little for the final battle but either way.

To activate Ain Soph Aur use Devil's Hellfire and press B after Emil's cut-in appears. You can only use it once Emil has used it in the story against Richter, and it is no longer available once the green-eyed cut-in appears during Devil's Hellfire.

To use Ain Soph Aur activate Devil's Hellfire like you normally would. After Emil's cut-in appears simply press B. Ain Soph Aur should activate. You have to be past the part in the game where Emil uses Ain Soph Aur for the first time in the Temple of Darkness. You can't use Ain Soph Aur after a certain event that takes place partway through chapter 8.
