@SirJ26 nah its not a mod. theres a grove with 3 (i think) minotaurs guarding the only unicorn in the game. the unicorn will probably attack you though if it sees you killing the minotaurs.. i just killed em with my bow and made sure i was invisible the whole time. jumped on the unicorn and rode around after that! :D you have to kill it though for one of the quests ):
