  • In Islam it is not permissible for a woman to pilot such a craft!

  • @TheCannonofMohammed Does Islam allow women to at least drive a LeBaron? Barbaric ass religion.

  • can i become a pilot with glasses ???????

  • @CultOfPersonality90 it depends...

  • @Mixmatius How?l

  • 2012

  • domage qui s ont pas fait un 2eme

  • Awesome!!

  • Who can tell me the title of the second song, thanks

  • @ziobebino Rammstein - Rammstein

  • @noname1404 SECOND SONG, NOT FIRST, THANKS

  • I agree with the comments about the music!!

    But Concord is simply Fantastic!!

  • Wow Concorde is such a beauty. I love it. I wonder how much would have costed the KJFK to EGLL Heatrow flight for example, to a passanger? Also I am quite certain that the Afterburner was used on takeoff, but was it also used to achieve M2.02 beacause on flight simulator it is impossible to gain the altitude and that speed with regular thrust.

  • cmon, remove the stupid music please

  • Concorde needs to be brought back, she should never have stopped flying, I know she was an expensive for the airlines and I don't know much about business, or money but I'm pretty sure the whole debacle could (and should) have been handled better, I bet if the prices had be more attractive to "normal" people, not a single seat would have been empty on any of the flights and it probably would have been more profitable for the airlines, but again I don't know much about that stuff. It's a shame :(

  • @ChocapicChick

"and I don't know much about business, or money"

    No kidding!

"I bet if the prices had be more attractive to "normal" people,"

Then she would've stopped flying DECADES before she did... because the FIRST rule of business is: Revenue must exceed Cost. If that doesn't happen, you lose money.

And since Concorde had huge costs, she needed huge revenues. Meaning "normal people" were outta luck.

But heck, common sense should've told you that.

  • @ImmortalSynn There really was no need to be condescending with me, I was only expressing my sadness and my thoughts on the subject, I never claimed that my ideas were the right ones which is why I did mention I don't know much about business/money, to avoid this kind of reply actually. You may know more about business/money than I do but you certainly don't know much about being polite. My common sense wishes you a good day!

  • @ChocapicChick

"There really was no need to be condescending with me"

I'm not... in fact, I'm emphatically agreeing with you. Learn the difference.

  • @ImmortalSynn Wow, up your own ass much? I don't get people like you who feel the need to go on attacking strangers on their comments, so... va te faire voir monsieur mon petit poney! T'as pas assez d'importance pour que je me fatigue de continuer à te répondre, ni à faire l'effort de le faire en Anglais!

  • @ChocapicChick

LOL, getting so worked up over an agreement? How odd.

Etes-vous une sorte d'idiot? Vous parlez français, pas le lituanien. Il n'est pas difficile de vous comprendre. Vous avez beaucoup de croissance à faire, gamin. Pathétique.

  • The end of the most interesting period in history of mankind..There is the second female Concord pilot ..Béatrice Vialle. Her presence had made this video extravagant and unforgettable..Barbara Harmer (14 September 1953 – 20 February 2011) was the first qualified female Concorde pilot. Born in Loughton, Essex

  • dirty gas from its butt

  • i've sure that concorde isnt the best plane but ive sure that concorde was, is and will continue being the most beautiful airplane in the whole world

  • There wasn't even any failures with Concorde right? Even if it had...? You could stil improve it and make a new one? ... MAKE A NEW ONE :@

  • @THGsyndromet It was high in expenses to build and the maintain the concorde. Why don't you pay for one? :D

  • @Daohanleem wish i could man...

  • It would've been much better without that stupid music.

  • @271leisure seriously!!!!!!

  • porn music

  • thts not concord

  • @ilovebrewster123 fuckin retard or smth?

  • Superbe video ! merci beaucoup !

  • What a sexy airplane, shame it was stupid rushed airline maintenance that cost the the Concorde it's carrier.

  • That's a funny looking kitchen

  • The problems with a Beautiful plane like this is..., the costs involved in maintaining it, the level of knowledge to operate this, fuel prices..., all of which will reflect ticket prices and no one will fly them as you and me can't afford to fly in it...

  • @jetairteam speak for yourself. I can afford it, why should I be denied it because others can't?

  • @bodgie247 thts selfish thinking and not profitable..., thats what brought it down in the first place !, ONE guy stating I will do this I will do that all BS, when the company needs millions to sustain a proper functioning fleet...! You don't seem to understand the dynamics involved, let me give you a hint..., MONEY TALKS ! lolz

  • Instead of having big planes like A380 they should have faster planes like concorde

  • The beggining of the vid is so freaking awesome, the concorde looks sooo sexy >:D

  • CAN SOMEONE TELL ME THE NAME OF THE SONG THAT PLAYED UNTIL 0:42? thanks

  • I hope they refit the hole fleet to meet the economic Standards and transport passengers again. It can climb without afterburners on 30000 feet, so it would be not so loud. But it needs a longer runway for that.

    Salute to the fallen Concorde!

Pilots and Plane gave it all, but it was impossible to land it safely.

I say that scrap of metal from the plane started before, never should have been there in the first place, not plane should lose parts! That's not fault of Concorde!

    Great Video!

  • so it is fantastic airplane

  • the F-BVFB ? this plane was crashed in 2001 ?

  • @nikifly2 No, the one that crashed was F-BTSC. Ironically, F-BTSC was was the Concorde used for the ground shots in "The Concorde, Airport '79"

  • por dentro ele é um lixo

  • The most beautiful airliner so far.

  • Concorde is better than air bus380,because it faster and smaller.

  • concorde should never have been retired screw the a380 fetch the big bird bag

  • э здесь есть руские коменты

  • CONCORDE DIDENT DESERVE TO STOP FLYING IT WAS THE SAFEST PLANE ON EARTH IT ONLY HAD 1 CRASH IN ITS ENTIRE LIFE BRING BACK THE CONCORDE (copy and spread this all around the world)

  • Youtube: you read my mind... I was thinking in a concorde and you put it on right!

  • 5:21 terrible for the enviroment

  • @williamTV100

Piss off. The environment was around 4billion years before us, and it'll be around long after we're gone. Let us have our little 8min25second celebration without being a whiny lil' tittie, sheesh.

  • 1:44 nose is so freakin' long

  • song name please....Awesome vid

  • Wow, the control panel is archaic compared to today's LED displays.

  • it's like a PTERODACTIL

  • I hate sound of last Concorde shutdown.....

  • wondering how we'd link and concorde & 757

  • sweet

  • why isn't she in the kitchen?

  • @CarlosFibra you're from Italy. Let me guess...you're a Jersey Shore Italian-type right? You probably wear a wife-beater, gold chains and shit loads of cheap cologne.

  • @CarlosFibra idiot:YOUR place is in the kitchen!

For your information, only the best pilots was able to fly a concorde...in addition , the leader-commander from the Patrouille de France was a woman in 2010...

  • @oiseautempete thats Barbara Harmer?? i mean the woman pilot??cause as far as i know she was the only woman pilot in concorde..

  • @lionnew : I think she's Béatrice Vialle

  • @oiseautempete thats not a woman... that's Robbie Savage! lol

  • that was an amazing aircraft

  • How much faster was this plane than a regular airliner?

  • @delacerdaa about 1.2-1.3 mach faster

  • the best plane ever

  • I wish this plane would come back, it was my dream to fly this to Europe, I am so sorry I never got the chance, Michele.

  • Aviation needs a modern-day Concorde.

  • @HackTheTouch I'd settle for Concorde herself, until we get something more modern!

  • @HackTheTouch Aviation needs a Tesla flying machine.

  • very nice i wesh try tavile onboard

  • @DreamsMemories I don't know if it hit 10k a ticket, not in Sterling at least. It's peak was at around £5000 for a first class return trip I seem to remember reading somewhere, which is pretty reasonable. Tickets on the last flight were hugely expensive though. In its later days though, what with all the controversy, tickets were going ridiculously cheap.

  • i was in the concorde !

  • Bring back this bird ! Fuck off to the fat whale A380

  • @barthoedemaker i liked concorde but wat is wrong with the a380. (sorry about my english)

  • @rugeley123 The A380 is experiencing to many defects and it is not efficient it has already been outdated by 3 way more efficient airliners ( 2 Boeing and 1 Airbus ) Sales of the A380 stand at 236 that is very very very low

  • @barthoedemaker IT was not practical. IT cost too much money to keep running..and ONLY 99% of the world could afford a round trip ticket. IT was designed in the 60's it was 100% ineffective. IT destroyed the OZONE....it could not fly over the United States...sound barrier thing. sonic booms. WHY R THEY USING JAMES BOND THEME????

  • @UFOSPACE1999 yeah because WESTERN REGULATIONS. The TU-144 was affordable for the common man in Russia, the problem is people didn't have the cash back then. WEST IS SINKING IN REGULATIONS. That's why concorde could never been used over land to compete, because office people said no.

  • so sad the way she went out

  • women dont belong in cockpit. especially not on such an importnat plane and flight.just looks weird.

  • @haeddus there is nothing more unattractive than an insecure, 41 yr old man who puts down women because he can't keep a girlfriend. Maybe you look weird, did you ever think of that?

  • My grandpa flew in a British Airways Concorde and gave me a cup holder he brought with him. Threw it away a couple of years not knowing its value now. Thought we'd have Concorde for many years... sad.

  • Shame this was retired. But at 10k a ticket, mostly empty flights, and aging hardware it was time to retire. Maybe someday a new and better super sonic plane will be built.

  • What's the name of the song?

    Conconde, un avion exceptionel!

  • Built way before her time :(

  • @t08jtr Do you mean built way ahead of her time?

  • The most beautiful aircraft ever designed.Remember seeing The Concorde at Charles De Gualle airport in 1999 and 2003. a plane so extraordinary! and 7:26 Woman pilots are HOT ;)

  • Comment removed

  • I'm so sad, unic aeroplain.

  • cet avion est... rien a dire sauf tros fort dommage qu'a chaque fois qu'il décolle y a un crash

  • it seems like its been gone for so long yet its only been 8 years

  • They sould make a Concord Next Generation.

  • The most beautiful thing iIve ever seen. Not even Marilyn Monroe's curves comes close.

  • que belleza!

  • For sure the better and most beautiful plane ever made by man

  • Very old cockpit

  • Once upon a time we were able to fly from Paris to New York in less than 3 hours...

  • did you have to ruin the beautiful sound of concorde by that awful music ?

  • I love this plane but damn, it must of burned a hole in the Ozone layer. I doubt it's coming back, but they are making a faster plane.

  • @MrZulu2065 no, because Concorde's flight time was essentially cut in half compared to the slower jumbo jet which consumed as much fuel. That issue had been brought up in the past, and debunked. SST's are a thing of the past, and hypersonic travel is the new way of travel...at least I hope.

  • @shugabuns There will never by any kind of hypersonic travel, except for space work.

  • @beeroosterm There will be, give it time. The technology is there. Look up Hypersonic Aurora, it utilizes pulse detonation wave engines. The jury is out whether or not it actually exists, but I'm a believer! Also, Reaction Engines Limited out of Britain has something up there sleeves, it's called A2. The engines are similar in design to the SABRE (Synergistic Air-Breathing Rocket Engine). Look it up. Hope it comes to fruition in our lifetime.

  • @shugabuns You have no evidence to back up your claims. As anybody knows, Aurora had nothing to do with a hypersonic plane of the same name. Ben Rich stated clearly in 1995 that hypersonic travel has no future.

  • @beeroosterm

No evidence? It's called the internet. You obviously didn't take the 2 seconds to search for it, or you would have found it straight away. Seriously, look it up. As for Aurora, I was making a point that hypersonic travel is possible because of the sheer power of its engine type. And I don't care what Ben Rich said 16 YEARS AGO! There have been advances in that time. Hypersonic travel will happen.

  • @shugabuns You made the claim; you provide the evidence - I'm not doing your homework for you. I know what PDW engines are, but they are largely untested in real world conditions (yes, Rutan did one for a few seconds at very low power - big fucking deal) And Ben Rich commented in his book that Aurora was just a code name for the B-2 bomber project. You may "believe" what you want, but I require evidence. Your faith-based "evidence" holds no water.

  • @beeroosterm From LA times 2011

“Super-fast speed — think Tokyo to L.A. in 2 1/2 hours — isn’t the only cool feature of the Zero Emission Hyper Sonic Transport proposed by EADS. At the Paris Air Show this week, the aircraft manufacturer and Airbus parent revealed its proposed passenger aircraft, which would be run on, among other sources, liquid hydrogen and biofuel......

  • @beeroosterm continued:

The aircraft, which EADS said could be standard by 2050, would cruise at Mach 4 speeds nearly 20 miles high — inside the Earth’s atmosphere. Demonstration technologies could be ready by the end of this decade.’

not any time soon, but then there's:

  • @beeroosterm from the Guardian 2008

“Still, Bond said that within 25 years 10% of air travel could be hypersonic. Some routes, such as Europe to India, would not work so well, because the plane would have to go a long way round to avoid having to travel at supersonic speeds over populated areas. But he thought the A2 could get to California by travelling hypersonically across the Atlantic, then conventionally across the US. Reaction Engines claims it would be quieter than Concorde ever was....

  • @beeroosterm continued:

Bond accepted the project was still at the early exploratory stages. The next phase is more work on the A2's environmental impact. "Our work shows that it is possible technically; now it's up to the world to decide if it wants it."”

It is clearly very early in concept and design, but I believe it will happen. The technology is there, but the cost to develop has to be multi-national. I don't see how any country can go at it alone.

  • @shugabuns Oh, please. Kelly Johnson was working on the hydrogen powered concept 50 years ago before building the Blackbird. Ben Rich laughed his ass off and specifically addressed Aurora in his book as a code name associated with the B-2 project. "Still at the early exploratory stages/next phase/possible technically?" These are weasel phrases for "we don't have a fucking clue nor do we have a cent to proceed with our fantasy plane". It's not happening, Buck Rogers...

  • @shugabuns

"No evidence? It's called the internet."

Sorry, but that's BS. You can't make a claim, then say "it's somewhere out there, go find it" and actually expect anyone to take you (or your claim) even halfway seriously.

  • concorde is coming back to the sky in 2012!

  • Thanks for this great video!!!!

  • FAIL AT 7:09 ! LOL

  • BURATINO ! :D

  • Briing back the concorde please, The goverment and the faa are jerks

people will pay good money to get a ride in the concorde

  • WE WANT CONCORDE BACK WE WANT CONCORDE BACK >.<

  • @ julianjilloct that is just what I was gonna say!

  • Just because of one crash this thing is taken out of service? Ever considered that this had been one of the most reliable planes ever build? Tens of crashes of the 737 and it's still in service!

We have to thank the French for building this gorgeous airplane. And there are still some people saying that French machines are unreliable...

I've had a Peugeot 405 for 14 years and it has never let me down!

  • 1 seule crash dans ca carriere et le voila mis a la casse pauvre avion le plus beau du monde

  • Damn that thing is gorgeous. I'm in love. The beautiful lady in the co-pilot's seat helps.

  • I hate the concorde it is not comfortable like airbus and beoing...

  • It's always nice to see a lady at the controls, and even greater to see a lady flying this beautiful bird

  • They retired the future. Profits before achievement !

  • Concorde always flew like a boss!

  • Having only a very brief period of profit no further investment made towards safety (54 tyre bursts 18 of which caused major aircraft damage and recommended fuel tank changes after penetrations from tyres) and no investment in avionics sealed its fate. A great pity to see an fantastic engineering success from the 1960s which could have been upgraded and marketed towards the oil rich companies. Sad to see it go. Economically it was never meant to be. RIP passangers of the last flight.

  • Wonderful bird. born of the genius of some talented people ; unfortunatly, it came too early in the history of aviation. too noisy, too greedy in fuel... With nowdays technologies, we could create a new super(hyper?)sonic plane much more efficient. But speed is not the aim of the manufacturers today.

  • ppl cud not see that concrode need to service

  • muito bonito vídeo e uma ótima lembrança desse avião. Parabéns.

  • não gostaria de morrer sem um dia andar em um , mas infelizmente se agarraram em um acidente normal para a aviação, para desistirem uma pena...

  • What's the name of the song?.......It's kick ass!

  • the only man that can get the concorde back in the air is the president of Airbus!

  • Y la Francia cuando sorprende al mundo nuevamente con una maravilla como el Concorde?

  • @misido1

    Tengo el dinero par construccion?

  • what does it feel inside the last flight of concorde

  • This plane is so fucking beautiful.

  • @StephanSteijger Try telling that to the poor fucking Germans who melted in one.

  • eines der schönsten flugzeuge was je gebaut wurde leider nicht mehr im betrieb der verbrauch muss ziemlich hoch gewesen sein und laut wahr sie ! ansonsten ein traum

  • it would take more that 1 billionaire to get concorde flying again, more like 3 or 4 billionaires. Its a technical nightmare to get something so complex back to a flying condition, It would be easier just to start over with a fresh new design using modern materials and technology but its not going to happen untill someone works out how to go supersonic without the supersonic boom.

  • Take the music out of this video!!

  • A woman first officer? No thank you, I'd rather take a bullet.

  • How come the nose of a concord is pointy?

  • @MichaelTheTerrible Otherwise it would melt. The nose got still pretty darn hot during supersonic flying.

  • in 2003 paris>N-Y in a concorde cost 6000€

  • A cada voo do concorde, era uma façanha, uma obra de arte, um evento memoravel, pena que ele saiu fora de sena.

  • Now, we all know why there is a women present...right?!?!

  • @razu2444 Um, because she is first officer of the ship. What are you on about?

  • Female pilots get me rock hard

  • @Triple777ER they can tug my throttle any time

  • @Triple777ER Female pilots gets my cock hard

  • How many passengers could it carry?

  • @Kira200905 - Concorde carried 100 first class passengers. If SSTs had caught on, there was the option of carring 124 in mixed first/economy, or 144 all-economy layouts, but that never happened.

Concorde had a real narrow cabin, with four-abreast seating (about the same as a Fokker Friendship, only longer).

  • Tannalv-as hard as typing cowardly messages from an anonymous location? You're jealous. Plain and simple. Sad.

  • i would give anything to fly this!!

  • Is she feeding the pilot a sandwich?

  • @lawker777 no, she is first officer in command of a very complex aircraft. The flight crew go through a lot to learn how to fly these planes. Better recognize canuck!

  • PARA MI UNA VERDADERA OBRA DE ARTE

  • I have never seen one for myself

(except if you count the one mounted on a stand at CDG)

She was the most beautiful plane ever built.

  • lol what's with the little wheel at the back?

  • That's so fckn unfair that I never had the chance to fly with the Concorde. But at least I saw one 11 years ago at Charles de Gaule. Such a luck because I only spent 1 hour in Paris.

  • Unfortunately, aviation engineers have decided to build more and more BIGGER and UGLIER planes like the A380 instead of designing more supersonic planes.

It was the biggest fault to take the Concorde off the market. In my opinion aviation has made a step backwards in it's developement since the Concorde was taken off the market.

  • @baseballballs I agree, kept saying the same as a mechanic

  • @foyleobserver That black smoke is the result of the afterburners (reheats) needed for extra thrust on takeoff. They work by dumping raw fuel into the tailpipe at a mindboggling rate!!!

  • I dearly miss the Concorde, the F-14 Tomcat, and now the Space Shuttle.

  • halts maul schwuchtel

  • Beatiful and fantastic type ! I do not understand! The Concorde crash killed 113 people. Once This is not TypeError. The Boeing aircraft and Dc, american air craft have more thousands of deaths. Why was the type of ban to concorde ? No have in the world similar performance aircraft with . This is the decision of the Boeing company ,it fucking Jew manager make. Thus eliminating the competition !!

  • @otto63363 Concorde did not stop flying because of any ban, The ban was lifted after the aircraft was modified and it was then flying again,

The only reason Concorde is not flying now is because it was too expensive to operate and maintain. When Concorde had its last flight it was fully airworthy and could have kept going if it was not for Airfrance. They stopped flying it and then British Airways stopped soon afterwards,

  • @andysim232 I did not know my friend! Thanks for the information. I'm sorry. The Concorde is a fantastic and unique aircraft. Aircraft Lamborghini.
