Hey to remove the viruses go to google and type in windows defender and scan the place then at the end click remove all. if that does not work then go to start<Run then type "regedit" and the file that was given to you on windows defender find it in there and delete it and their is a good chance ur computer is still good. BEWARE DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING THAT IS IN SYSTEM 32 UR COMPUTER WILL RECK... GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

But they haven't internet :(
Also, because they haven't internet, they cannot update their antiviruses...
