Kung Fu and Karate are nothing alike haha

Trust mee, I've also done both.

Karate is really square and stiff.

Kung fu is a lot more fluid and a lot of it is down to the mental side of things. :)

Common people is afraid of Kung Fu Practice, it requires much time and discipline, while karate es simple to learn and takes less time. But Kung Fu is more... complete! xD

The helmets are great! No need for a mouth-guard! Although if contact is heavy the mask can bend onto the face and nose it doesnt protect the jaw keep it light!

i have two of these helmets on the way in the mail, and two pairs of mma type gloves for my jeet kune do training, can you tell me how they feel when you get hit in the face??
