I think you'd just have to spend time with them to see if they trigger your allergies. They have thick weatherproof coats, but not oily like a gundog would be.
@OhSoNormal they have a thick coat of fur and an undercoat that looks like wool... they shed a bit of fur (some of them a lot, depending on the thikness of the coat) but they tend to have no oil at all. actualy their fur is very dry.
