Mark seriously needs to get out of the Calzona relationship, really. It's not being fair to Arizona, to be honest and it's really very true what Arizona said in the previous episode. Callie gets everything, the girl she loves and the best guy friend who's a good laid too. I mean, I wish Callie has enough courage to say it to Mark's face, "Enough, Mark. This is between me and Arizona. You've done enough, you're nothing but this baby's father which you can come and visit every now and then."

Sara Ramirez is a talented singer and it was cool to see this side of her and she is one of the main reasons I LOVE this show. HOWEVER, I can't describe how much I hated this episode. I was riveted by the storyline and felt the music distracted from it rather than added to it. Esp when the song was distastefully cheery or corny. A musical episode that didn't involved a tragic incident with a character we love would prob have worked better. Huge thumbs down.

She didn't give the baby steroids cause she just didn't think to. Addison covers it. Plus if you remember from Season 3, Addison and Callie were really close. Better to have her there.
