if its one of the tubes from pyrotubes shop then use a 8mm drill bit9seems big ) but its not, anyway make your nozzle 3/4" on length out of bentonite clay and from the start of the clay go in 60 mm, if it catos again try a smaller drill bit such as a 7mm then 6 etc, keep the core constant at 60 mm in length though,many a good rocket have been made using them tubes and this formula
nice i like a good cato,that didnt even start to vent from your nozzle, your nozzle hole is either way too small or you have super fast bp, suspect its the former,what size exhaust hole did you use and how far into the rocket motor did you drill?

i drilled around half way into the rocket and the drill size im not 100% sure on,i think it may of been around 6-8mm.

@gandelff999 i drilled around half way into the rocket and the drill size im not 100% sure on,i think it may of been around 6-8mm.
