  • Incredible..

  • Wow, where'd you get this tape? Too bad no proper recording was ever made of this band! Toni Childs - where is she and what's she doing today?

Oooh, and the 'Michael Steele' listed up there is missing the final 'e' in 'Steele'!

  • @mariandelochs Toni has a website of her own with all her fun facts available for reviewing. Google her name if you want more info. I haven't seen her in over 25 years or so. The tape is from a private collection. And the "e" at the end of Steele was omitted in error. But none the less, it was the very same person from the fab pop group The Bangles.

  • @stopthewaffle

Thanks for the tip! I loved Toni Childs' 'House of Hope' CD, but she seems to have vanished from the scene since the early '90s.

And, with or without the Bangles, Micki Steele still RULES!

  • The Bassist is Michael Steele (with an 'e' on the end) of various bands such as the Runaways, Elton Duck, Snakefinger, Slow Children, Crash Wisdom and of course her most famous band the Bangles. Born 2 June 1955.

  • @kxatlc And her favorite color is plaid.

  • Stan Moore is the Drummer from texas

  • Stan Moore is one great drummer!!

  • I made those recordings for Steve Schiff

  • You may collect your award at the door. Thank you, masked phantom. (Greg?)

  • You be right! To whom do I have the pleasure?

  • The drummer might be Mike Gallo from 20/20 and RadioMusic

  • Not Mike on drums. Toni did do some improv's with Radiomusic prior to this, but they were uninspired. Radiomusic was not a jamming band.

  • Thanks for Post such rare footage. You are simply amazing.

  • As of now the video part is totally missing.

  • An excerpt from one of two shows taped during the summer of 1981.
