Pretty cool. I think though the definitive example of how Michael plays the song is found in his Letterman performance. The "don't look in her eyes" line holds the trickiest chord of all, which I believe is x-1-o-o-3-3 starting from low e to high e. Then he drops the root on the A string to open, then the root drops to 3rd fret low e, all with capo on 2 as you have done.
