Yes- I am almost 6 months pregnant in that video. Pretty amazing huh? Now, my baby is already 9 months old and incredibly healthy and energetic (she started crawling at 5 1/2 months)- I attribute her health to my continued exercise throughout my pregnancy. Healthy Mom- healthy baby!
