the most tours that Britney does were live, only not on the dvd's cause her management wanted the studio version, this is the only tour where she doesn't sing ever show, but so what?! She's the best performer ever.

You can totally hear her singing live during most of the verses. As big of a fan as I am, seen the show twice and seeing it 2 times again at Madison Square Garden next month, debating 3 if I can get decent tickets on Friday, I was surprised to hear her singing! Very proud of her though, and it was great!
