more than 6 months , you can keep it in a air tight container.

It is a RAI pickle only so you need it,

if u have rai (Red mustard seeds) at home just made a powder of it with the help of a grinder.

Hi,after boling the chillies, do we have to dry them in the sun before putting them in the jar?

No dear, no need to put them in sun. Just simply sieve them and make achaar as explained in the recipe :)
