you also have to go to start and find the console

first you have to type in: sv_cheats 1. for fun do this: bind b "npc_create npc_ breen".

then impulse 101.

or bind key i "npc_create npc_zombie"

NOTE! do NOT include the periods, and do exactly how i do it. for binding to work you HAVE to put " around the command. i.e bind b "npc_create npc_breen.

also for cheating a lot do: noclip

You got to go to the game's properties in steam, Click "set launch options" and write there -console or toggleconsole then click apply. AFTER THAT, do this.
