I had my Xbox 360 pro for over two years , i got it brand new for Christmas. literally a week after i got live for the fist time (3 month) it got the ring of death, one day i as playing waw the next.....shitty. luckily because of the rrod and three days of swearing microsoft out. i had a three year warranty extension . i requested a repair from xbox.com(my opinion, best choice). phone lines are always full , and the asstards online pissed me off.. they never really responded to my email.
